HP Graphics Solutions Services is constantly focused on innovating to helping customers achieve predictable printing operations and optimized cost structure. As part of this HP Service Advantage strategy, we have introduced a new technology that is set to become a service later in Q1, 2015, with initial rollout to HP Inkjet Web Press customers. HP Predictive Press Care technology minimizes unplanned downtime by providing early warning alerts of upcoming press problems, together with issue resolution instructions. Customers can schedule preemptive repair and maintenance for times that minimize impact on production, enabling maximum utilization of their investment. This service leverages HP's unique strengths in a number of areas, including our big data platform, leadership aware computing technologies and extensive accumulated knowledge.

HP Visual Remote Guidance

At GraphExpo, HP has announced a new technology —HP Visual Remote Guidance— which will become a service in FY15. Being launched as part of a larger HP Service Advantage portfolio, HP Visual Remote Guidance is a set of technologies that enable live collaboration between customers and HP remote service engineers via HP MyRoom, enabling real-time voice, video and content sharing. Customers can be guided remotely by one or multiple HP service experts, creating a world-class experience.
